Choosing to implement the species conservation act after the repeal of the endangered species act is incredibly harmful to ecosystems in the province we call Ontario. These changes are performative and just overall not enough when measured against the repealed endangered species act. Read more

Renegging on protections for 106 endangered species during a climate crisis is grossly irresponsible. We, as Ontarians, should be doing everything we can to protect said species and the habitats to which they belong. It is our moral duty to participate in environmental stewardship. Read more
