An MZO absolutely should not be granted here to restrict building heights. We need more housing in Toronto, why are we are considering a foreign publicly traded corporate dictating letting us have almost 1000 homes here for local residents or not. This is asinine.

I agree with Sanofi's request to build only 10 story buildings around this parameter. If there's a terrorist threat, this sight could be a target. I understand their concerns. Yes, Toronto needs more affordable rental units. Not sure, how affordable these condos units will be for people.

This is insane. Sanofi has not demonstrated how or why the proposed development would impact the security of their facility, and has not even bothered to refute what Juno Risk Solutions has concluded as to the lack of risk. At least negotiate and discuss with the developer.
