I agree with Sanofi's request to build only 10 story buildings around this parameter. If there's a terrorist threat, this sight could be a target. I understand their concerns. Yes, Toronto needs more affordable rental units. Not sure, how affordable these condos units will be for people. Lire davantage

This is insane. Sanofi has not demonstrated how or why the proposed development would impact the security of their facility, and has not even bothered to refute what Juno Risk Solutions has concluded as to the lack of risk. At least negotiate and discuss with the developer. Lire davantage
