I write to register my opposition to the issuance of MZOs for the transit oriented ghetto proposed for midtown Oakville. This project will destroy the character of our town and waste all of the taxpayer dollars that Oakville residents have invested in developing the superior OPA70. Read more

The proposed density is too high for the area. There is insufficient local transit, roads can barely accommodate current traffic. I doubt that current sewage and water supplies are sufficient.
