this Proposal is ill conceived and not in the public interest. The current process or a stricter one, must be kept in place requiring specific approval for any waste movement plan or proposal. Please reconsider lessening of existing Enviromental controls or approvals required. Read more

Streamlining is a nice word, but in this case, it means disregarding the seriously important measure to assess the risk taking for "water taking" permits. To allow developers to "self regulate" is appalling. Read more
