Every time you turn around we are draining wetlands, cutting down forests or taking over fields. Then people wonder why coyotes enter neighbourhoods. Why geese fly onto city streets or block traffic crossing streets. Why deer come into housing areas. We keep encroaching on their habitats. Read more

Please consider the environmental impacts of what you are doing. If you are to build infrastructure, at least make an effort to respect indigenous land and the unique ecosystem diversity we have in Canada, and state so in your legislature! Read more

We cannot live without biodiversity: humans evolved as part of ecological communities, when ecosystems are destroyed we will also be destroyed. Whoever wrote these amendments has no understanding of this. Read more
