The changes being proposed for the endangered species act are quite alarming and I do not support them. Endangered species and protected areas are more than just 'red-tape' for developers to bully their way through.

I am deeply disturbed by this proposed Bill. It undermines the integrity of wildlife and nature protection. Any development must always follow due process. There is no proof that any development has been delayed by the current process of waiting for Ministry approval.
