   The new regulations are woefully inadequate and will not create the inclusive communities for which we are working. The proposed regulations leave the main force to a market-driven housing development sector, which will continue to drive prices up (and unrelated to actual costs).

I am concerned by the current draft inclusionary zoning regulations. Many parts of Ontario are experiencing housing shortages, skyrocketing housing prices and increasing levels of homelessness.
