Please do not allow the proponent to be responsible for their own water quality monitoring program. A good 3rd party, proponent funded should be a condition of this project. This would eliminate a layer of perceived bias and avoid any concerns for sampling tampering. Lire davantage

We need to consider all people's thoughts on this .the dumping into the goulais river not only effects it but the people, spieces that depend on fresh water and lie superior thatbis also dumps into. This process requires out thought , more time for testing and people have the right to know.

I can see this becoming a lawsuit down the road , so I hope a little more consideration us taken yo protect the people's rights and there must be other options . This world needs to preserve what we have before it is lost.
