As someone who travels from southern Ontario to fish brook trout on the Goulais River I find this proposal very worrying. In no way should the treated wastewater be dumped back into the river. It should go to a holding pond/leaching bed and they can use it for snow making. Lire davantage

We will not accept a sewage facility dumping anything into our river. My family gets its water source from that river and we will not accept a corporation to put a sewage plant upstream. Lire davantage

This entire project is disgusting and you should all be ashamed of yourselves for even considering this an option. You are ruining our only ski hill & our Community. Put a septic in like the rest of us or kick rocks.

Please know that, being on a septic system, I understand that Searchmont Resort could need to upgrade it's septic system. I am not knowledgeable in the workings, of their proposed waste system, other than the part of wastewater going into the Goulais River system. Lire davantage
