Process is more important than product, and we MUST get the process right before proceeding.
First Nations and Indigenous communities must be properly and thoroughly consulted before moving forward.

Thoroughness in stage 1 and stage 2 assessments are absolutely necessary. Accurate assessments early on will prevent "surprises" later on that will create delays and therefore burdensome costs to developers. I am a resident of the city of Waterloo.
