This program might have been of benefit to truckers if the manufactuers could fit diesel trucks with an emmission control that actually works. Ours has been brolen down so many times causing lost revenue and towing and mechanical repairs that it has driven our compamy to near bankruptcy.

Hi, Once vehicle is rebuilt, it should not be repaired again if total loss second time. Should be part out only. Non branded total loss must be inspected for parts source (invoices)used in repairs. Lire davantage

Opacity testing of brand new vehicles may be necessary. The OBD testing of brand new vehicles will prove difficult as new vehicles that have not been driven far enough to set the readiness monitors to “ready” will fail an OBD emissions test. Lire davantage
