The province should immediately issue this MZO to advance affordable housing in Hamilton. It is outrageous that CN rail has been able to delay this project by years. We have a housing crisis and need to stop delaying projects like this. Lire davantage

I am very supportive of this plan. Please let’s get building on this site and include all of the units listed. We have nay sayers in this neighborhood who will always get in the way of development - I for one live on this very street and want to see this site built and providing housing ASAP. Lire davantage

I drive by this proposed site and it makes my heart hurt to see it sitting in ruin and decaying daily while so many seniors , young couples and families are living in shelters, tents and overcrowded family homes. Lire davantage

Hamilton needs more affordable housing, and this site needs to be more than partially demolished, vacant buildings. This seems like a win-win, please make it happen as soon as is feasible and responsible!

As a long time Hamilton resident and having grown up in the neighbourhood of Jamesville, I would totally endorse the moving forward with this project.
