Time Hamilton start building homes on land that they should be utilized for housing. The Ministry needs to let builders and developers build and stop all the bureaucracy that keeps land vacant. I can’t understand why this housing project is not being completed. The homeless people deserve a place to live. It is a right of each individual to have a roof over their head, along with food and water. These poor people are being tossed all over the city and there is no need for it. Lire davantage

It’s frankly ridiculous that given the current state of housing costs in this province that CN has any ability to block proposed developments, particularly given that this is going to be social housing.

My parents and inlaws have both lived in this vibrant neighbourhood for almost 50 years. There are no ill effects of living near the CN Rail tracks. The current vacant and abandoned Jamesville Project lands are an eyesore to the community. Lire davantage
