I think combining the Conservation Authorities is a good idea. There are too many boards and people that have power complexes on them. I really don't want to see the employees loose their jobs though. Lire davantage

I oppose the proposed consolidation of Ontario conservation authorities. This would create a top heavy management of conservation, local voices will be lost or forgotten. Conservation is powerful yet delicate, don't mess this up.

This proposal threatens our natural spaces in Ontario. Localized conservation areas should continue to be under local authority, by people who live in and care about the area and have best and have best interests in mind. Of all things to target, this seems silly. Lire davantage

We, the people of Dundas, reject the amalgamation of our conservation land. "Freeing up resources" means fewer hands and materials taking care of the land. With the climate already unstable due directly to human action, we need to be taking care of our land, not neglecting it. Lire davantage
