This amendment could result in reducing public access to wasaga beach an already very crowded tourist attraction.
This change also puts protections of piping plover endangered environment at risk. An effort that has been decades of work to try and protect.

Dear Doug Ford, I do not support legislation to allow sell-offs of portions of Wasaga (or any other) Provincial Park. Protections for endangered and at-risk species are provided by these parks.

This is with regards to the Wasaga Beach Provincial Park project. I am a concerned Canadian Citizen about this establishment putting the endangered Piping Plover species that have nesting grounds in Wasage Beach.

The lands in question belong to everyone including the plants and animals that need habitat to exist.

I absolutely oppose selling off provincial park lands to private developers and I know that most other people of Ontario would oppose this too if they were aware of it. That fact that they have not been made aware of it, I believe, is a deliberate inaction on the part of the Ontario government.
