Species need larger habitat zones than nesting and feeding sites, and depend on interrelationships with many other plant, soil and aquatic organisms to exist. These will be protected only by larger zones. Read more

I oppose the changes proposed to the endangered species act. Letting the government have discretion over field professionals due to the state of the economy is appalling, it would completely undermine the bill and makes no sense. Read more
