I am a pedestrian, non-driver, and city cyclist - I only cycle in Toronto because we have bike lanes given that I live at Bloor Street and Parkside Drive where drivers constantly speed. I also encounter aggressive drivers and speeding throughout the city. Please rescind Bill 60 immediately.
