I oppose Bill 5. This bill doesn’t prioritize Ontarians, it allows selective priority to be given to industries at the expense of our environment and average citizens. We need more environmental protections and industry standards, not less.

As a native Ontario, I would like to see investment into sustainable infrastructure. However Bill 5 is short term thinking and while process needs more oversight, this bill wants less. Also, fix and invest into infrastructure that already exists. There is so much to repair!!!

I do not agree with Bill 5. Endangered species need to be protected, not the wealthy who own Ford. Public oversight is how the reckless and short-sighted are stopped from ruining our environment and children’s chance at having a beautiful world. Read more
