How can we destroy our environment when it’s the only one we have? Natural habitats are a treasure and should be treated as such. I oppose this proposal. Find new solutions. Why are we giving industry shortcuts? Read more

I comment on the proposed changes to laws that protect the earth, animals and any further pollution to our environment. Please vote NO to Premier Ford's attempt to carry out more destruction of Ontario.

The current legislation is designed to protect endangered species. However, it’s clear that this new act disregards wildlife well-being, favoring habitat destruction over restoring or reusing already disturbed land. Read more

I oppose repealing the Ontario Endangered Species Act, as it is a critical policy that ensures a minimum level of protection for species living in Ontario, which also help people live and thrive sustainably. Read more

My greatest concerns with this proposal are: 1) That proponents may begin as soon as they are registered rather than await permits. This creates an "ask for forgiveness rather than permission" process. Proponents are not known for their engagement with the honour system. Read more

That is so stupid and selfish to do. Our land is so sacred and the wildlife that live within it own the land. This is not something Ontario needs more than protected land. No one wants this but the richer Ontario folks who think commercial property is more important than the environment. Read more
