Hello, the processes are in place for a reason to protect land from people like you, Ford. Our major floods over the years impact places such as the DVP in Toronto most because our infrastructure was built on areas that were supposed to be protected (literal floodplains).

Using the excuse that current approach to the protection and conservation of species at risk is complicated, takes too long to complete, and causes unnecessary delays and costs for housing, transit, and critical infrastructure is shameful.
