These leases in this park are the biggest scam to taxpayers in the local area ever devised, which is why cottagers fight so ferociously to protect them. These properties if outside the park with similar lakeshore frontage would be worth 2-5 million dollars each easily. Lire davantage

As a senior citizen living in Erieau, I believe the cottages should be allowed to remain in Rondeau and the land sold to them at prices equivalent to Erieau land prices. We pay 6,000. in taxes for a fifty foot lot. They got off cheap for many years. Lire davantage
