Having a cement plant so close to our homes may be a health risk anyways and if they are trying to modify the regulations to release hazardous materials, I think they should not be allowed. If they want to do that they should move to a less populated area.

It appears that the cement factory is asking for more time to comply with the Standard (apparently would not meet the Standard by the end of the 5-year period, ending December 31, 2023) and is applying for an exemption for another 10 years from now during which time it will, in stages, purchase the Lire davantage
