I strongly support continued and improved access to rock climbing at Devil’s Glen. I also support the amendment to expand the park boundaries and enlarge the parking area to better accommodate visitors. Lire davantage

I have been climbing at devils glen for several years now. It is a fantastic crag, probably my favourite in Ontario. The climbers have always been respectful of the nature and make sincere efforts to clean up any garbage we find. I strongly support this proposal.

I’m very excited about this proposal! I’ve been rock climbing for over 10 years, and it’s a huge part of my life, for my physical health, mental well-being, and sense of community. I met my husband in a Toronto climbing gym, and our first date was at Rattlesnake Point. Lire davantage

Rock climbing is such a wonderful community sport that not only adds tremendous value to my life but also a greater appreciation for nature and parks in Ontario. Being able to have areas in Ontario to climb is important to the community

I'm happy to see another Ontario park potentially being open for rock climbing. I believe that allowing the rock climbing community to use the cliffs of Devil's Glen for recreational purposes would greatly improve the recognition of the park. Lire davantage

As an recreational rock climber, I approve of allowing rock climbing as an approved addition to the park. It is another way to explore nature and having approved areas for rock climbing will help increase safety.

I fully support climbing in Devil’s Glen and other provincial parks. As a climber and someone who loves and respects nature, I am more than happy to follow access rules set by MNR to protect Ontario’s wild flora and fauna. Lire davantage

I support climbing in Provincial parks! I’m 62 and started climbing at 47 indoors. I started outdoor climbing just before I turned 50 and never looked back. Outdoors is so much more challenging and beautiful. All the climbers I know are respectful and inclusive. Lire davantage
