I have watched the development in Liberty village. The disgusting mini units that young people are expected to live in. I watched my daughter struggle to break free of that overcrowded community and find a more humane manageable community to raise her family. I do not want this for Oakville. Lire davantage

MZO’s should not be allowed in this circumstance. The City of Oakville should have the right to decide how best to move forward with providing housing that the city’s infrastructure can handle.

The economic and viability case for these MZOs and this project has collapsed. The condominium market has both collapsed and shifted, with the market no longer supporting high rise projects dominated by studios and one-bedroom units, which is the configuration this TOC proposes. Lire davantage
