My voting family is against the Doug Ford TOC proposal for Oakville as: The Town of Oakville has repeatedly reported agreement to the objectives but has a better locally developed proposal. It appears that the TOC from Doug Ford again is for the benefit of a chosen developer. Lire davantage

Transit-Oriented Community (TOC) fails to comply with Premier Ford’s Build Homes Faster agenda and will not deliver a single home before 2031, the Province’s own housing deadline, and will take 25 years to complete. OPA70 is a better alternative and is ready to go. Lire davantage

January 2 2026 I’m a home owner who wants to continue to live in my wonderful South East Oakville neighbourhood, where I’ve raised my family for the past 33 years. But now I am speaking up as a very concerned citizen and vote NO for these MZOs for the following 5 reasons: #1: Mega-Density: Lire davantage
