This Transit-Oriented Community (TOC) fails to comply with Premier Ford’s Build Homes Faster agenda and will not deliver a single home before 2031, the Province’s own housing deadline, and will take 25 years to complete. OPA70 is a better alternative and is ready to go.

I am a resident of the Town of Oakville. I am extremely concerned regarding the future impact of the proposed (MZO) for the TOC in the Town of Oakville. The present TOC proposal emphasizes Mega-Density not seen in any global community housing development project.

As a long time resident of Oakville and a business owner in Ontario it is very surprising to see the lack of common sense happening with the currently proposed Oakville Go station TOC project.

The Province should not make this horrible mistake by going forward with a bad product produced by a seriously flawed process.

Yes, we need housing density near the GO Train in Oakville. Use the province's power to make the density compatible with the zoning zoning by laws of the town, which are broadly supported by its residents and its municipal government. This is a ONCE IN A LIFETIME TO GET IT RIGHT.

I am outraged at the provinces plans for the Oakville midtown. The plan totally disregards the interests and careful planning that the town, working with citizens, did to design a liveable, workable plan to develop the area.
