This location is ONLY good if those who choose to live here have NO cars. It is close to public transportation (GO train and Oakville transit) so whoever lives here will only have option of being car free as the intersections to the west and east of this location are already overloaded.

I oppose to the MZOs proposal to Oakville where we reside. Please consider and respect the existing Oakville Council approved plan-OPA 70 for our Mid-town which is much better suited for Oakville residents.

The economic and viability case for these MZOs and this project has collapsed. The condominium market has both collapsed and shifted, with the market no longer supporting high rise projects dominated by studios and one-bedroom units, which is the configuration this TOC proposes.
