I believe there is plenty of land that can be developed in this massive province. Selling off provincial parks is not a good idea. Building a community adjacent to a provincial park would be more beneficial because the park would be a draw for people living there. Lire davantage

This is a terrible idea. Not only will the Municipality managing these park areas mean large increase in local taxes but the last 3 councils in Wasaga Beach have been absolutely abismal of forward thinking and doing what's right for Wasaga Beach as a whole for the next generations. Lire davantage

This is wrong and unethical. The land is home to endangered species. First Nation communities have not consented to Doug Ford and the rest of his government in selling off their land to continue lining the pockets of the rich. We cannot accept this legislation amendment. Lire davantage

Stop fords cabal of destruction in the name of affordable housing. The man and his closely associated billionaire trades friends are dismantling the province. You are an abysmal person Ford.

I am alarmed by the proposal to allow selling off parts of Provincial Parks to private interests. Provincial Parks are meant to be protected in perpetuity to allow Ontarians to enjoy the beautiful nature of this province. Lire davantage

Again vital ecosystems and parkland are on the chopping block in favour of development. Parks bring in lots of money, lots of tourists and are critical to habitat protection. Protecting all natural elements, but in particular threatened species, should not be an after thought. Lire davantage

Ford dont sell! Our provincial parts are extremely important historically and environmentally. Focus on fixing the issues we currently have, not make more by destroying the natural habitat for thousands of native species!

Do not sell off important provincial tourist spots. Keep Wasaga Beach public. Selling is one time money. That's why privatization always looses the province money in the long run. Lire davantage

Hello, I am against the removal/selling of portions of Wasaga Provincial Park. It is an amazing family destination and economical for struggling families. More development in that section would ruin the area. I am not against development but it has to be properly done. Lire davantage

Do not amend this act. Parks are created for a reason and as the population increases, the parks should be made BIGGER to accommodate more citizens who need to see and experience the fauna and flora specific to that park. No building in the park. Thank you. Lire davantage

Too many wetlands are being destroyed for haphazard developments….this present summer season has seen a decline of many species that depend on the wetlands.
