Oakville needs family-oriented, complete-community housing.
The Oakville Mid-Town project will not proceed for at least five years, so there is no urgency or justification for imposing these MZOs now.

MZOs were never intended to shortcut local planning where a municipality already has an approved, provincially compliant growth plan.

he Auditor General of Ontario has raised serious concerns (link) about how Minister’s Zoning Orders (MZOs) are being used. If you share these concerns, act now!
