The ministry should consider granting this request as these lands have sat unoccupied for an extended period of time. As a resident of the city of Hamilton this area should be used for additional housing for the people of Hamilton.

A resident of Hamilton for 42 years, we desperately need some better affodable housing for families. Utilize the usable structures we already have in our city.
The city of Hamilton desperately needs to move forward into the future. As a local resident of over two years, the jamesville development has become an eyesore, as well as a public safety concern. This neighbourhood desperately needs new blood, new life.
