This is egregious, harming our fragile ecosystem and endangered species. What will be left in 30 years? This is not an Ontario or Canada I'd be proud to live in, that puts the interests of private owners and money over its natural and most precious commodities.

This goes against every piece of science that says established breeding grounds are imperative to endangered species. Padding the pockets of Ford's friends at the expense of our most vulnerable species is deplorable. Please listen to the science and save wildlife. Read more

Ontario needs to be a leader in the protection of nature and natural spaces and at risk spieces. Removing protections would be a giant step backwards. Please consider the future of our environment over profit.

I’m an Ontario resident who enjoys the green spaces within the city but also appreciates the wildlife all over our beautiful province. I strongly oppose the proposed changes to the Endangered Species Act, 2007. We need healthy ecosystems for clean air, water, healthy crops, weather mitigation, etc. Read more

I do not agree with the proposed changes to the Endangered Species Act, specifically for the following two changes: 1. The ability to remove registered species 2. The ability to begin a project upon registration while approval is pending, rather than waiting to start until approval is given. Read more

This proposal is going to further destroy our already deeply afflicted environment in Ontario. We are losing our green spaces and farmlands at a staggering rate for unaffordable developments which sit empty to line the pockets of people who already have more money than they need. Read more
