This sounds an awful lot like ‘it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than permission’. Redefining habitats, removing reviewal processes, and allowing government to define what’s endangered, all with the expressed goal of expediting growth is a recipe for ecological disaster. So sad. Read more

This is an attempt to use a flimsy excuse (US aggression) to weaken environmental protections. Repealing the 2007 Endangered Species Act makes an already precarious environmental situation worse, leaving ecosystems, plants, and animals without meaningful protection. Read more

This is clearly a plan to gut the protection of endangered species and their environment in favour of making it easier for the Ford government and developers to have no accountability and make more money with no oversight to the long term effects .
