Do not consolidate the conservation regions. Smaller authorities ensure local opinions matter and provide better more effective conservation in the face of climate change.
I’m leery of government control or takeover of anything but especially in this case. Conservation authority should be as small as possible not under big sweeping government control.
A one-size fits all approach takes away from the local nuances that a particular area features.

I oppose the proposal to restructure the conservation authorities in Ontario. Currently the Hamilton Conservation Authority delivers fast and efficient service and has a strong local relationship with the communities of the City of Hamilton and the township of Puslinch.

I am not at all in favour of this proposed change in boundaries for the consolidation of Ontario's conservation areas. The Hamilton Conservation Authority does an excellent job and why change a good thing. I do not like the idea of people from other areas making decisions for Hamilton.

This is appalling! I do not support this consolidation of Ontario's conservation authorities!! The amount of precious nature & greenbelt areas are massive in Ontario. The local authorities know what they are doing within their area.

While allowing CAs and municipalities to overlap more intuitively may reduce duplication of efforts, it will severely weaken the CA's abilities to maintain their standard of work.
