I believe there should not be a cap on affordable housing and each municipality should decide what is needed by working with the development community to get the best result for affordable housing including the length of time a development is deemed affordable..

Establishing an upper limit of affordable housing at 5% of homes within an area is not enough. There needs to be more affordable housing. Isn't that the whole point of this bill? So that people can afford to live in Ontario? Lire davantage
