The proposed Minister’s Zoning Orders (MZOs) for Midtown Oakville blatantly fail to meet the Ontario government’s own criteria for issuing MZOs. There is no municipal support, Town Council has not endorsed the project and community opposition is clear and documented. Lire davantage

The Town of Oakville has spent years developing a plan, OPA70, to meet the provinces density targets and it balances the needs of our community with the need to provide housing for growth. The TOC plan calls for extreme density that won't deliver any new housing until 2031 at the earliest. Lire davantage

I am saying NO to the TOC proposal to increase density in Mid-Town Oakville. We do not need more density. Already our traffic gets bogged down in the mid-town area. It has become difficult to navigate through there. Lire davantage
