Reducing the amount of Conservation Authorities does not solve problems. Conservation Authorities are established in wide reaching enough areas, they do not need to be consolidated. What pur Conservation Areas need is better access to funding and staff. Lire davantage

I do not see a benefit to such a large consolidation. Protecting local natural resources is extremely important. People need to work on and live near the regions they are working to protect and upkeep.

The amalgamation of the conservation authorities is a politically motivated weakening of our environment, it reduce our protections of it. Sounds like you're end goal is to eliminate any resistance to development no matter what damage that development may cause. Why else do this.
