I wholeheartedly do not support the proposed amendments to the PPCRA outlined in this proposal. The area proposed for redevelopment is currently protected by the Ontario Parks, and the solution is not to give control to the town.

Please do not develop Wasaga Beach. This land is not yours to take and we need to support biodiversity and our lands for the future. Development will destroy important natural habitats and have negative impacts on at risk species.
The current Town of Wasaga Beach council approves overcrowding of town home near the beachfront.
In addition their approved plans for beach area 1 are stacked town homes for the rich who can afford to purchase beachfront.
