The Exemption of Property part of the proposal is not a good idea. The proposal not only weakens the powers and opinions of qualified professionals, but it allows for decisions to be made by people that could be politically motivated. Read more

I oppose this Act and its enabling of the Ford administration to skip established procedures. Archeology is not red tape. Our cultural heritage is not red tape. No project should be above rules, Acts, Regulations, Instruments (such as municipal by-laws) or conditions. Read more
