The proposal has been approved.

Bill 60, the Fighting Delays, Building Faster Act, 2025, passed Third Reading, which amends section 53 of the Ontario Water Resources Act to exempt certain sewage systems on a single agricultural property servicing on-farm worker housing, up to 50,000 litres per day cumulatively, from requiring a sewage works environmental compliance approval.

The application was considered withdrawn by the Ministry and the file is now closed. 

The amendment to the existing amended Environmental Compliance Approval No. A680029 for the use and operation of a waste disposal site to be used for waste transfer and processing of solid non-hazardous has been approved.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-25-000161 to Michael Thompson for early exploration activities.

This decision is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval to be issued to 1000382677 Ontario Inc. for the installation of a spill containment and drainage system, complete with a truck refueling island, concrete containment pads for the collection and treatment of spills and rainfall from the site located at 5402 Highway 11 South, in Orillia.

Approval is granted for an amendment to an existing Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) No. 1032-A8AJFM, for the expansion of an existing industrial stormwater management works serving WK Kellogg Canada Corp. located at 501 College Street East, in Belleville, Ontario.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with the Limited Operational Flexibility (air & noise) has been granted to Dimachem Inc., a batch chemical manufacturer that manufactures liquid and powder cleaners, waste treatment products, metal treatment products and lubricants, located at 3258 Marentette Avenue in the City of Windsor, Ontario.
