I am environmental science student at the University of Waterloo. I have also seen homelessness first hand. Bill 23 is catastrophic for the ecosystem services of the greenbelt. The greenbelt was established such that it would not be developed further. The GTA will not be improved by more development, don't change it so the green space will be further depleted in an area already almost totally destroyed by developing.

I am against this proposal. This is not a solution for housing market. This is more debt for current property owners that are already struggling to pay the monthly mortgage payment and cost of living. Please cancel this proposal !
