Please fast-track the new building at the Jamesville site in Hamilton. It's embarrassing that a shipping company somehow has the ability to block an affordable housing project in the middle of a housing crisis, especially in one of the most poverty-stricken regions of the country.

We have lived in Hamilton beautiful north end since 2018. Since 2019 this has been an eyesore. The fact it’s taken over 6 years to “negotiate” is horrific. We are in a housing crisis. An economical crisis. A tariff war and previously weathered a pandemic. People need housing. Lire davantage
