I fully support the proposed development at 405 James Street North under Minister’s Zoning Order 025-0807. This plan makes excellent use of an idle and partially demolished property, and transforms it into a vibrant residential area with much-needed housing. Lire davantage

The Jamesville site has been sitting vacant for far too long and should be developed as soon as possible. The possible risk of noise from the CN rail station does not outweigh the positive impact the housing development will have on the hamilton community.

Fix any contamination present and put the housing back there. Hamilton has already been torn to shreds by other major corporations and the low income (affordable or social) housing sector has taken the brunt of it. Homelessness in hamilton has grown unchecked. Lire davantage
