Don’t do this. Our natural environment is a valuable resource and buffer to climate change. Merging conservation authorities, changing boundaries and weakening CA leadership is not in the best interest of Ontarians. Leave our conservation authorities alone!

I am fully against this consolidation. I feel that there is no region close enough to the area of the Lakehead Region Conservation Authority that will adequately understand our needs here, and the LRCA should remain its own Conservation Authority

I'm honestly pretty speechless that this is even proposed. The work that each CA does is so specific to each region. Consolidating this work would make the ability of this one new CA to actually... Do anything... Almost impossible. Lire davantage

What a godawful idea. Ontario is a big place, and pretending that Southern Ontario is the only part of it that matters by proposing this consolidation is insulting.
