I am not in support of any effort to remove land from designated provincial parks. Currently this land is accessible to all residents of Ontario but removing it to encourage economic growth sounds like privatization and making waterfront land available to be sold to the highest bidder.

I live in the area and visit Wasaga beach often with my children. My mother took me here regularly as a child. She herself, visited Wasaga Beach often as a child. My grandparents came to the beach as a couple before they were married. This beach must be protected from privatization!
