I feel this water taking would highly impact the saugeen river drastically and ruin it as a fishery and canoe/kayaking destination. I’ve used this water way for 30 years. And the water levels the last 5-10 years have dropped drastically already. Lire davantage

I do not believe that a company should be able to apply for a permit to take water from the Saugeen and Styx rivers at a Category 3 level without putting all their information online for everyone to see. Where is the transparency? Lire davantage

Let me express my vehement opposition to this permit application to take water. The Saugeen River is in one of the few remaining healthy watersheds left in Ontario. I own property on the River and 90% of my enjoyment of the property is derived from the Saugeen. Lire davantage

Not sure why this is even being considered. This is a horrible proposal that must be stopped immediately. I live in the area and would be devastated if this was pushed through. Please do the right thing and stop this.

Not okay with the approval of this. It’s been deemed category 3 already. If there is any negative impact to the water source walker as well as the committee that approved it should be held responsible as well as liable
