I cycle all the time with my family and by myself. I cycle to go to work, to go out for fun, and to take my kids to their activities. Sometimes my oldest son even breaks himself. Safety while cycling is paramount. please ensure that it is respected. Lire davantage

I am writing to express my vehement opposition to the amendments within Bill 60 that directly undermine the fundamental rights of tenants and drastically restrict access to affordable and stable housing in Ontario. Lire davantage

This bill trample the rights of citizens and makes a mockery of the democratic process. Please, please please do everything possible to make sure it doesn't pass.

I am writing as a daily bicycle commuter in Toronto and as a parent of three children who I hope will one day independently and safely navigate our city’s streets. Lire davantage

I started biking to downtown Toronto this year from east Toronto. It’s faster, more environmentally friend and better for me. Being healthy is an important way to lower healthcare costs… that is until I am killed or badly injured by a car. Lire davantage

This omnibus bill CANNOT be passed. It is once again a ridiculous attempt by the Ford government to overstep their authority. It is a petty and disingenuous bill.

I drive a car plus ride bikes for recreation and errands. We all pay taxes and so every form of travel should have equal access. London, Paris, Glasgow and New York have all proven that if you build it they will come. Put in more car lanes and you'll have more cars and more congestion. Lire davantage

The province must back off this assault on municipalities right to prioritise people over cars. This bill continues a pattern of egregious power grabs that must stop. It is anti-democratic and should be illegal if it is not already unconstitutional. Lire davantage

I am strongly opposed to this proposed legislation. Cities and municipalities need more cycling infrastructure, not less. The very notion that creating more capacity on roads for vehicles and drivers will address traffic and congestion, and therefore reduce air pollution is absurd. Lire davantage

We need a city that allows every vehicle user to get around. Bicycles are an important part of that infrastructure. We can't just build roads to get people places; we have to build roads that are destinations in themselves. Lire davantage

Do not take away our bike lanes. Bike lanes help ease traffic immensely and taking them to away would directly harm commuter and still clog up traffic

Bike lanes are important for safety. The provincial government is overstepping. They need to focus on actually funding education and healthcare and stop this ridiculous war on progress and the environment.

While this bill proposes to make infrastructure projects easier to build, it will actually cause current infrastructure projects to be delayed and undeliverable. Lire davantage

I'm a Toronto homeowner and I strongly disapprove of this change. This is a major step backward for building safe, equitable cities. I cycle often - it's how I prefer to get around - and bike lanes are a major reason why. They keep everyone on the roads safer, not just cyclists. Lire davantage

I am struck by the cynical name of Bill 60 - Fighting Delays, Building Faster Act - which escalates Bill 212 and proposes prohibiting any municipality from installing bike lanes where car lanes are reduced. Lire davantage

I have lived in Toronto since 2003 and have always used a bicycle as preferred mode of transportation for commuting and pleasure riding. I have seen the infrastructure improve substantially in the past 20 years, which makes cycling with my children a safer option now, then when they were younger. Lire davantage

I am both a driver and a cyclist. As a driver I feel much better with bike lanes as I don’t get close enough to cyclists to have potentially fatal accidents. As a cyclist on roads without bike lanes, I have had many close calls with cars. Lire davantage
