No, putting the economy before the environment is short sighted and selfish. What use is making money if you don’t have clean air to breath and clean water to drink not to mention land to grow food and a climate that is livable??

I cannot express how strongly I disagree with this decision. Designation of 'special economic zones' will override and disrespect existing legislation that is in place to protect Ontario's environment. Lire davantage

Please do not continue with Bill 5. Dissolving critical environmental organizations such as the endangered species act, recovery plans, habitat protection, as well as scientific field research is not acceptable. We have already begun to experience the negative effects of environmental destruction Lire davantage

I do not support this bill. The Special Economic Zones Act would lead to the destruction of countless important habitats and valuable natural environments. It would allow developers to put immediate profits over the economic value that natural spaces provide for all Ontarians. Lire davantage

Please do not allow this Bill to pass! It is in direct opposition with what the people of Canada and Ontario stand for and is a clear fast track by Doug Ford to make his rich friends even richer under the guise of a crisis. Lire davantage
